The company was formulated in 1985 by Dr. (Lt.Col) G.S.Bali after Retiring prematurely to fulfill his ambition in bussiness from the Indian Army. He is a technocrat with a PHD degree from the US in Meat Technology and a vetenarian with over fourty years of experinece in the animal/meat trade.

Mr Harveen Singh Bali , the present Managing Director joined the business in 1987, is a leather technologist well experienced in the leather finishing and garment manufacturing . Mr.Harveen Bali completed B.Sc in Microbiology and acquired Diploma in Leather Technology from a reputed institute of India ,CLRI ( Central Leather Research Insitute ) Chennai . He is now using the technical knowledge so gained in his existing units to the fullest extent and putting his 31 Years of experience in the leather industry to best use as a technocrat ,being the driving force behind the orgnisation .
